Lumo Loft is a modern interior design studio and curated furniture store. We offer free interior design services and earn through the furniture we recommend and sell — giving you expert design help with zero upfront cost.

2. Is your interior design service really free?

Yes! Every month we offer a limited number of free interior design projects. You’ll receive moodboards, product recommendations, and realistic 3D visuals — no strings attached. All we ask is that you consider shopping through our store if you love the design.

3. What do I get with the free design service?

You get a moodboard, personalized furniture shopping list, layout plan, 4K render, and a full design concept tailored to your space — all for free (as long as slots are available that month).

4. What happens if the free slots are full?

If our free monthly slots are filled, you can either join the waitlist for next month or upgrade to a paid design package for faster delivery and guaranteed turnaround.

5. Do I have to buy the furniture you recommend?

Not at all — but we design with real, shoppable items from our store. If you choose to buy through us, it supports our business and keeps the design service free for others too.

6. Where is your furniture sourced from?

We partner with trusted vendors like Wayfair, AutoDS suppliers, and other premium furniture brands. All pieces are quality-checked and dropshipped directly to your door.

7. How do you make money if the design is free?

We earn through product sales. When you buy the furniture we recommend, we receive a margin from the sale — so you never pay extra, but we still get paid.

8. Can I request a specific style or theme?

Absolutely. When you apply for design, we’ll ask about your taste, style, and needs — and we build your design concept around that.

9. How long does the design process take?

Free designs usually take 7–14 days depending on complexity and current demand. Paid projects have shorter delivery timelines.

10. Can I make changes to the design?

Yes! We’re happy to make one round of changes to ensure you love your final layout and selections.

11. What if an item is out of stock?

We’ll always double-check item availability before sending your final list. If something sells out, we’ll recommend a similar alternative.

12. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. If you're outside the U.S., reach out and we’ll see if we can help on a case-by-case basis.

13. Can I work with a specific designer from your team?

Yes! You’ll soon be able to choose a designer from our Designer Page. If you work with them directly, they’ll handle the project and you’ll pay through our platform — with 80% going to the designer.

14. Is everything custom-designed or template-based?

Every design is fully custom. We never use templates — your design is built from scratch, tailored to your space, budget, and style.

15. How do I get started?

Click “Start My Free Design” and fill out the short form. If we have a spot open, you’ll hear back within 48 hours to begin your project.
